Environmental Hero of the Year: 2011 Nominations
The City of Kawartha Lakes Council is looking for nominations for the 2011 Environmental Hero of the Year award. This award would recognize a resident who took the initiative, within the current year, to successfully intervene and counter an environmental threat without expectation of monetary reward.
Nominations are to be sent to the Environmental Advisory Committee by January 23, 2012.
