HOURS OF OPERATION:
Municipal Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you want to call, you can phone the City's Call Centre at (705) 324-9411. If you are in an area where this number would incur charges, call us toll-free at 1-888-822-2225. Customer Services staff would be pleased to assist you!

(NON-EMERGENCY only) ISSUES/CONCERNS/REQUESTS FOR SERVICE:
issues@city.kawarthalakes.on.ca Use this email address if you wish to express a NON-EMERGENCY concern about a city service, or to request service maintenance.

Please ensure that you provide specific and detailed information about your issue/concern/request including the geographic location of the problem. Should we need to contact you to collect more information please ensure that we have your name and contact information, including a telephone number.

Your concern/request will be recorded into the City's IssueTraQ system; assigned an issue number and forwarded to the applicable department staff responsible for providing the service or responding to your concern. If you wish to know the Issue number that is assigned to your concern/request for either follow-up purposes or to identify it for us should you call with additional information about it, please let us know and we would be happy to provide it to you.
