Building and Property Maintenance
Kawartha Lakes has a dedicated staff to ensure City owned administration and library buildings are maintained in a safe and efficient manner. Other City Departments maintain their own facilities. However, the Building and Property Department has a role in developing and monitoring inter-departmental contracts that are shared within the facilities.
