Becoming a Volunteer Firefighter

The City of Kawartha Lakes Fire and Rescue Service is seeking individuals interested in serving as Volunteer Firefighters in their community. If you are interested in learning more about our Volunteer Firefighter recruitment process, or wish to make application, please access the Guideline to Recruitment Process, Job Application and Description, and Reference Permission Forms that follow:

Interested individuals are encouraged to read the Guideline to Recruitment process, and are invited to complete the Volunteer Firefighter Application and Reference Permission Forms and submit to:
