Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
Jane Reynolds, CAO is the senior municipal staff member who assists Council with advice and provides the overall direction to staff. The CAO leads a team of 7 Directors as the senior management team.
Development of long-term corporate objectives to improve the City of Kawartha Lakes efficiency and effectiveness is a prime responsibility. Representing the municipality as a key contributor for matters involving the Province and other municipalities is an important function of this office.
