The City of Kawartha Lakes is using Biddingo.com to electronically publish bid opportunities and distribute request documents, amendment notifications, and a bidder registration process. Qualified bidders wishing to review or bid on current requests may register with Biddingo online.

SEALED BIDS, marked as to contents, will be received by the City of Kawartha Lakes, Purchasing Division at 26 Francis Street, P.O. Box 9000, Lindsay, ON, K9V 5R8 on the closing date, no later than 11:00:00 a.m., local time. Public openings are held on the same day as closing at 11:15 a.m., at City Hall.
