Business as Usual: No Change to Waste & Recycling Collection Due to Family Day

February 13, 2015 - City of Kawartha Lakes - Residents are reminded that City of Kawartha Lakes remains open on Family Day, (Monday, February 16) and that curbside recycling and garbage collection for the week of February 16 to 20 will operate on a regular schedule. That is:

Monday: North/central, including: Fenelon Falls, Bobcaygeon, Norland, Coboconk, Kinmount, and other small communities in the area.

Tuesday: South/east, including Dunford, Downeyville, Omemee, and other small communities in the area.

Wednesday: West, including Woodville, Cambray, Oakwood, Little Britain, and other small communities in the area.

Thursday: South, including Janetville, Bethany, Pontypool, and other small communities in the area.

A reminder that the coming week is green box (paper/fibre) collection.

Monday landfill hours will remain as scheduled: Fenelon Falls - 9 am to 5 pm; Lindsay/Ops - 8 am to 5 pm; Somerville - 11 am to 5 pm.
