“Excellent customer service is about being customer focused,” said Lee Anna Thornbury, Manager of Customer Services. “Continual customer feedback helps us to provide the best possible level of Municipal service in Kawartha Lakes.”
The short survey provides an opportunity for customers to offer their suggestions and feedback for improvements or service enhancements.
The survey is available on the City’s website, www.kawarthalakes.ca on the Municipal Service Centres page under “Residents” or at any of the City’s Service Centres in Bethany, Bobcaygeon, Coboconk, Lindsay, Kirkfield and Omemee.
“We encourage all residents and visitors to Kawartha Lakes to share their customer service experience with us,” said Ms. Thornbury. “Public feedback will allow us to better understand the needs of our customers and to ensure that resident’s concerns and inquiries are being met with exceptional customer service.”
Staff will continually monitor and review the survey results and feedback.
“It is important that our customers have an avenue for telling us how we’re doing and how they feel about the services we provide,” said Ms. Thornbury. “This survey will provide that avenue and allow us to capture important information and feedback from the public so we can continue to meet and exceed their expectations.”
