Info Session about Community Care's Services for Seniors
March 3, 2010 - Community Care is coming to the Norland Library on Thursday, March 11th, 2010 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm to offer an information session about the services and special programs that they provide to seniors.
Services include transportation, meals on wheels, the new Community Health Centre, SAGES – fall prevention, exercise, and home safety, and more. Community Care’s programs are designed to help people remain in their own homes and to provide assistance when it is needed. The session will also offer an opportunity for people to ask questions pertinent to their own individual circumstances.
