Lindsay's Downtown Christmas Market

Parks, Recreation and Culture will be hosting a number of activities to celebrate the festive season. Every Saturday from November 28^th to December 19^th join us for a Winter Wonderland in Victoria Park.  Activities will take place from 10am to 12pm.  There will be outdoor activities for the whole family to enjoy.

On Friday December 4^th children ages of 6 and10 can register for a fun, interactive evening of baking, crafts and listen to some magical holiday stories at the Victoria Park Armoury from 5:30pm-7:30pm.  Thursday December 10^th will be filled with festive entertainment for everyone of all ages.  Join us in Victoria Park at 5:30pm for some Christmas carolling and dance demonstrations.  Join the Lindsay Jr. A Muskies for some holiday fun and frolic on Saturday December 19^th in Victoria Park from 10:30am to 12:30pm.  There will be a community hockey skills competition for everyone to enjoy.

“This is a fantastic way for all members of the community to get into the holiday spirit.  There truly will be something for everyone to enjoy,” says Alison McGahey, Community Development Coordinator with the City of Kawartha Lakes, Parks, Recreation and Culture Division.

The Downtown Christmas Market will run every Thursday and Friday from 4pm-10pm and every Saturday from 10am to 9pm starting November 26^th.
