March 13, 2012 - By order of the Fire Chief, Kawartha Lakes Fire Rescue has put a BURN BAN IN EFFECT.

March 13, 2012 - City of Kawartha Lakes would like to invite the public who have an interest in local food to attend a public strategic planning session for the development of a Local Food Action Plan. The workshop will be held on March 20, 2012 at the Ops Community Centre, Lindsay from 9:30 am – 3:00 pm.
Another Milestone reached for Fenelon Falls Businesses
March 13, 2012 - The Fenelon Falls Business Retention and Expansion Project has reached another milestone. On March 7, 2012 members of the Fenelon Falls community, business owners, city and provincial staff and City Councillor Strangway gathered for the day to review the data collected in the business survey recently completed as part of the Business Retention and Expansion Project (BR+E).

Road closure - Helen Street

Council approves budget
