GENERAL ENQUIRIES: (NON-EMERGENCY only) ISSUES/CONCERNS/REQUESTS FOR SERVICE: Please ensure that you provide specific and detailed information about your issue/concern/request including the geographic location of the problem. Should we need to contact you to collect more information please ensure that we have your name and contact information, including a telephone number. Your concern/request will be recorded into the City's IssueTraQ system. (IssueTraQ is the name of the City’s electronic Customer Relationship Management tracking software); every issue is electronically recorded, assigned an issue number and forwarded to the applicable department staff responsible for providing the service or responding to your concern. We will acknowledge receipt of your email and let you know the Issue number that has been assigned to it.
