Water Restrictions

Most Water Restrictions Lifted

The Phase One Water Restrictions imposed on municipal water systems this summer have been lifted with the exception of Woodville.

Phase One Water Restrictions had been in place for Birch Point/Highview Acres, Bobcaygeon, Canadiana Shores, Fenelon Falls, Janetville, King’s Bay, Kinmount, Manorview (Bethany), Mariposa Estates, Norland, Pinewood (Pontypool), Pleasant Point, Sonya, Southview Estates, Victoria Glen (Omemee), Victoria Place, Western Trent, Woodfield (Bethany), and Woods of Manilla in accordance with by-law 2002-105.

The Phase Two Water Restriction currently remains in place for Woodville.  Residents are reminded not to water their lawn or garden using sprinklers, no filling or topping up of swimming pools and no vehicle washing.
