Kawartha Lakes Fire & Rescue Service
Kawartha Lakes Fire & Rescue Service provides a wide range of programs and services including fire prevention and public education services, fire suppression, investigation, search and rescue, auto extrication, hazardous materials response, emergency preparedness, medical training, cold water ice rescue, and mutual aid to other local emergency services.
We have 21 fire stations and we are a composite department with three full-time and 18 volunteer stations.
