The Parks, Recreation and Culture Division maintains two aquatic facilities year round -The Lindsay Recreation Complex and Forbert Memorial Pool in Bobcaygeon.

In the summer months, programming expands to include waterfront swimming lessons.

City Aquatics offers 3 types of participation:

  • Participation at facility Public Swims year round and free beaches in the summer
  • Direct programming of Red Cross & Lifesaving Society's Preschool, Youth, Adult, Synchro and Springboard Diving Programs
  • Rental groups offer Water Polo, Kayaking, Scuba, Competitive Swimming and Dragonboat teams

Please direct Aquatic correspondence to the Aquatic Coordinator or drop off at either year-round facility.
