Capital Projects
Public works capital projects are investments where the municipality undertakes to design, construct, reconstruct, rehabilitate, or directly purchase durable physical assets or infrasturcture that typically deliver services over time according to an expected life cycle.
Such assets include roads, bridges, sidewalks, curb and gutter, water and wastewater systems, traffic safety devices, equipment, vehicles, land, depots, and sand domes.
