Limited Service Agreements

For any private or unassumed road, the municipality at its discretion may enter into a Limited Service Agreement (LSA) with road owners (if the road is private) or abutting property owners (if the road is unassumed) with respect to the basic non-winter maintenance of the road.  If a road is placed under the purview of a LSA it does not necessarily mean it will be assumed by the municipality in future.  Please click on the links below for more information:
