The General Manager of Operations oversees general maintenance operations for Roads, Bridges, Sidewalks, Streetlights and drainage structures.  This person is supported by three area managers, and reports directly to the Director of Engineering and Public Works and at times to Council.  The Acting General Manager of Operations, Randy Robinson, may be contacted at

Areas, Operating Districts, and Depots

The municipality is divided into three operations areas, each of which is headed by a manager of operations:  North, Central, and South (see Operations Map (PDF)).  Each operations area is further divided into three operating districts, each of which is headed by an area foreman.  Operating districts typically work out of a main depot to cover a defined geographical area.  The best way for residents to forward complaints or concerns to operations personnel is to contact their nearest Municipal Service Centre.
