Revenue & TaxationAll requests for mailing address changes must be made in writing by the property owner. Residents can have their mailing address changes made through an email request to, by fax 705 328-2620, or by mail to City of Kawartha Lakes Taxation at P.O. Box 696, Lindsay ON K9V 4W9. Residents can also have their mailing address changed by visiting any local Municipal Service Centre and completing the necessary form.

The Revenue and Taxation Division is responsible for the billing of interim, final and supplementary property taxes; tax, provincial offences and miscellaneous receivables; payment processing and cashiers; review and appeal of property assessment information received from the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC); and property tax policy.
